Have a home to let?
We find and screen the right tenant and handle the entire process — from listing to handover of keys. After that you can move on to full property management.

Prefer to be fully relieved of the work, also after the letting? Combine it with ongoing property management: rent collection, maintenance and — from Full Operational — a 24/7 fault line. The placement fee is separate from this and is charged per placement, in addition to the management fee.
