Packages 1 and 2 are standard forms of management. Package 3 is always combined with Package 2 (Full Operational) and is for owners who want to grow actively. All fees are exclusive of VAT (21%); for private landlords we also show the price inclusive of VAT. Your personal fee depends on the rent and type of property — request a no-obligation quote.

Our fees are transparent up front. Set your rent, choose a package and see your monthly costs and net payout straight away. You never pay more than the percentage or the minimum fee justifies.
How does the minimum fee work?
With a basic rent of € 1,200 per month, Package 2 works out at 8% = € 96. Because this is lower than the minimum fee of € 135, the minimum fee applies. Once the rent exceeds € 1,688 per month, the percentage becomes higher than the minimum fee and the percentage applies. You always pay the higher of the two — but never both at once. This is shown transparently on your report every month.
