This is not a showcase of other people's property: every building below is registered in HomeINN's name. We buy ourselves, refurbish with our fixed construction partner and complete. Participation is per project, per property, on an individual basis — no fund and no waiting list, but a conversation. The figures per property stay with us: you go through them with us in person.
What we currently own.
Participation in a project takes place on the basis of a private agreement and a personal introduction. The return, the term and the conditions are recorded per project in a private agreement; a return is never guaranteed. This page is an invitation to an introduction, not an offer. Participation is open exclusively to professional market parties: from €100,000 in a single amount per participant. Always request the full project information.

We develop eleven properties at once, but participation is offered per property — to a small circle, after a personal introduction and exclusively to professional market parties. That is why you find the address, the phase and the approach here, and no amounts: those belong with a conversation about one concrete property.
- 01 · RequestYou request the project information. Within one working day the dossier for that property reaches you: appraisal, budget, planning and exit.
- 02 · IntroductionYou speak to the owner, not an intermediary. We go through the figures and you view the property if you wish.
- 03 · AgreementDeposit, term, return and conditions go into a private agreement; the payout runs via the civil-law notary.
